SENSORIAL ANALISYS

  • VERDUZZO: gold yellow, bright
  • AROMA: peculiar winy with acacia honey notes and apricot jam
  • TASTE: pleasant not filling, very warm, creamed , very elegant in mouth, a light typical tannic final
  • PAIRINGS: dry patissery and fruits, blu and herbal chees, aged chees, patè, fois gras
