  • VINIFICATION: the grape’s fermentation starts in open barrels. Temperature in under 25° C controlled in order to keep sod raspberry and wild blackberry flavour. The procedure last 15 days , follows soft press.

SENSORIAL ANALISYS

  • REFOSCO DI FAEDIS: deep red ruby , purple
  • AROMA: intens, large and plesant bouquet, unmistakable sod raspberry and wild
  • TASTE: round and warm in mouth, with light tannic final. Well balanced, improoves charachter with maturation.
  • PAIRINGS: wine for important red meat dishes, mainly wild boar and roe deer
  • SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 18 °C
