  • VINIFICATION: the 60 % of grapes are soft pressed and fermentation starts in stainless steel cask, temperature is controlled 16/18 °C; 40 % of grapes has maceration on their skins for 24/36 hours on temperature of 10 °C, finally fermentation in stainless steel cask.
  • FERMENTATION OF MALIC ACID: not completed

SENSORIAL ANALISYS

  • FRIULANO: pale yellow with greenish reflections
  • AROMA: characteristic and delicate, with hints of bitter almonds
  • TASTE: full-bodied, dry
  • PAIRINGS: fresh cheese, ham, first dishes of rice and pasta. Excellent as an aperitif
  • SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10/12 °C
